 Once your application is approved, you will be contacted with the next steps. This typically includes lease details, required documentation, and instructions for securing the property. After the lease is signed and all required payments are completed, move-in arrangements will be finalized.

 Lease terms vary by property. Most leases are for a standard term, though shorter or longer options may be available depending on the home and owner preferences. Specific lease details will be provided during the application and approval process.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through our work order system. Requests can be categorized by area of the home—such as bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, or common areas—and by the type of issue. This helps us address concerns quickly and efficiently.
